3 Easy Steps to Get Fit at Home Keep your motivation at a high level and prevent injuries during exercise with these strategies.

1: PREVENT INJURY BY...

--> Starting slowly and building up a little at a time.

--> Warming up before and cooling down after each exercise session.

--> Paying close attention to the signals your body sends you.

BE COMFORTABLE WHEN WORKING OUT BY...

--> Wearing comfortable clothes that fit the activity, your body, and the climate.

--> Drinking plenty of water. If you feel thirsty, you're not drinking enough.

--> Choosing activities you truly enjoy doing. Mix it up to keep yourself from getting bored.
