Apple cilantro paste:
2 ounces fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons oats flour
1/8 cup non roasted 30 percent  oil sunflower seed butter
  or 1 eighth cup non roasted California walnut butter 
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 tablespoon sugar 
1 tablespoon apple fiber powder                                 4
  or 1 teaspoon whole apple powder
Cut 2 ounces cilantro into 1 inch pieces. Put the greens pieces and 1 cup water into a blender and run for 40 seconds.

Heat, uncovered in a 1000 watt microwave oven for 3 minutes 20 seconds or until fully boiling, watch for boil over last 60 seconds, then heat 4 minutes on low power (15 percent).

Remove as much water as possible from the mixture using a fine (40 wires per nch strainer or a coffee press. The liquid can be used as tea.

If the mixture clogs the mesh in the coffee press, pour away what water has been strained, stir the mixture, and press again.

Yield is about 1-1/2 ounces slaw.

Put the greens into a mixing and/or portion bowl.

Put into the bowl with the greens:
2 tablespoons oats flour, 1/8 cup sunflower seed butter, 2 teaspoons canola oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon apple powder.


Add a side of a couple of ounces of fruit and this makes a full light meal.

Very: soft, moist, sweet; enough flavor and tang to be dessert-like.
