Apple cilantro chestnut biscuit: 20090118
1 ounce fresh cilantro 
1 tablespoon chestnut flour
2 tablespoons oats flour
1/8 cup non roasted 30 percent added oil 
  sunflower seed butter
  or 1 tablespoon 20 percent added oil non roasted
    California walnut butter 
2 tablespoons black red bean powder
  or 2 tablespoon any bean powder
2 tablespoons fine ground oat bran
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 tablespoon sugar                                  4
1 teaspoon apple powder
 or 1 tablespoon apple fiber powder
Cut 1 ounce cilantro into one-quarter inch pieces.

Put the cilantro and 1/4 cup water put into a high speed, 1- or 2-cup food processor, run until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Shake, tilt, gyrate or otherwise manipulate the processor to get flow started.

Put the slurry into a microwaveable mixing and/or portion bowl.

To the bowl with the cilantro add:
2 tablespoon sunflower seed butter, 2 teaspoons canola oil, and 1 tablespoon sugar.

Mix.

Add 1 tablespoon chestnut flour, 2 tablespoons oat bran, 2 tablespoons oats flour, 2 tablespoons bean flour, 1 teaspoon apple powder and mix until uniform.

Spread the mixture in a disk-shaped layer about 1 half inch thick on a microwaveable plate. Make a 2- or 3-inch hole at the center to encourage even heating.

Heat in a microwave oven until firm, about 4 minutes and 50 seconds in a 1000 watt microwave oven.

-------------------------- Math: Add 5 seconds for oven to begin heating. Add 20 seconds to heat plate. To heat to boiling: 6 and 1 quarters ounces X 20 seconds per ounce = 125 seconds. Dry weight is total weight minus total water ( 6.25 - 2.9) = 3.35 ounces. Water to leave in is 10/90 times dry weight (10/90 X 3.35) = .37 ounces. Water to remove is total water - water left in ( 2.9 - .37) = 2.5 ounces. To remove excess water 46 seconds per ounce X 2.5 ounces = 115 seconds. To replace heat lost to air while at boiling: 115/60 X 12 = 23 plus 23/60 X 10 = 3 for a total of 26 seconds. Plus 20 losses plus 3.1 water X 46 --------------------------

Add a side of a couple of ounces of fruit and this makes a full light meal.
