Apple spinach cookie:
3 ounces apple 
  or 3 ounces pear
2 teaspoons spinach powder
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 tablespoon bean flour
1 tablespoon chestnut flour
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  or 2 teaspoons 30 percent added oil non roasted sunflower
   seed butter
  or 2 teaspoons non roasted tahini
1 teaspoon canola oil
2 to 3 teaspoons sugar according to sweetness of apple and your preference
2 pinches salt
Remove the cores and skin from the fruit and cut into 1 half inch or so pieces.

Put into a 1 or 2 cup high speed blender or processor:
the apple pieces, 1 quarter cup water, 2 teaspoons sunflower seed butter(or 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, this trial), 1 teaspoon oil, 2 to 3 teaspoons sugar (1 tbsp this trial), and 2 pinches salt.

Run the blender until a smooth slurry results.

Put the slurry into a small mixing bowl and add 1 tablespoon bean flour, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1 tablespoon chestnut flour, and 2 teaspoons spinach powder.

Mix.

Divide the mixture equally in 2 3--inch microwaveable bowls.

Heat, uncovered, in a microwave oven until boiling hot plus time to evaporate enough water to firm, 6 minutes 50 seconds total in a 1000 watt oven.

Math:
Add 5 seconds for oven to begin heating.
Plus 20 seconds to heat dishes.
Plus to bring to boiling: (6 and 2 thirds ounces X 20) equals 134 seconds.
Dry weight is 6.7 total ounces minus 4.7 ounces total water equals 2 ounces.
water to leave in is 1 fourth times 2 equals .5 ounces.
Water to remove is total water minus water left in: 4.7 - .5 equals about 4.2 ounces.
To remove excess water: 46 seconds per ounces times 4.2 ounces equals 193 seconds.
Plus to replace heat lost to air: 193/60 minutes X 15 seconds per minute is 50 plus 50/60 X 15 is 62 seconds total.
Assumes fruit is 90 percent water, to replace heat lost to air requires 15 seconds per minute of time the mixture is boiling hot.
